Put roast in croc pot with onion, Chile’s, salsa, garlic, salt and
pepper. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Mix Coleslaw with a tiny bit of oil, lime juice salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes and jalapeños to slaw if desired.

Suggestions
Serve in tortilla shells with slaw, cheese and cilantro/lime dressing. Delicious!
