If prep. for more than 4 persons add 2 eggs/person
8 hard cooked eggs
1 tablespoon sweet or India relish
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Optional- paprika and parsley flakes
Cut eggs length-wise and remove yolks. Blend
yolks with remaining ingredients, mashing until
Scoop mixture back into egg white halves.
Sprinke top lightly with paprika and parsley
flakes. Refrigerate until serving.
Makes 16 deviled eggs.
