Preheat oven to 400 deg. Unroll the an of crescent dough. Pinch together two of the triangles to form individual squares.
Cut down the square lengthwise to create 1/2 inch strips of dough. Place s small strip of cheese plus one of the cut hot dogs. Roll up and put on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam, or covered with parchment paper.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes and serve with mustard.
