Ingredients

	1 lb sausage
	4-6 red potatoes (medium)
	1 lb fresh green beans
	1 box fresh mushrooms
	1 large onion
	1 large green pepper
	garlic cloves
	butter
	Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning


Instructions


Dice everything into bite sized pieces. Layer in a 9x13 baking dish.


Disperse pats of butter on top. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cover tightly with foil.


Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes. Stir, add more seasoning if needed and return to oven for 30 more minutes.




Serving Suggestions

Serve with crusty french bread.
