Cook potatoes and eggs until done. Dice potatoes and chill
with Italian dressing for 2 hours. Then add celery and green
onions. Chop egg whites and add to potatoes. Sieve the egg
yolks and mix with mayonnaise and sour cream. Add mustard,
salt and celery seed to taste. Mix with potatoes and chill for 2
more hours.
