4 Tbs cocoa - not level but kind of rounded and not flat
1/4 lb butter
6 Tbs corn syrup not clean spoon off
1 cup half and half
Instructions
Stir while cooking. Cook until soft ball - drop some from spoon
in cold water. When it holds shape cook for ten seconds. Beat
until loses its gloss. Add nuts and beat until firm on marble
slab with wooden spatula.
