Melt chocolate in large bowl in microwave for 1 to 1 and 1/2 minutes. and stir until smooth. Slowly fold in Golden Grahams and mini marshmallows. Janie usually uses 3/4 box golden grahams and 1/2 bag marshmallows. Cereal needs to be covered with chocolate but not too dry or wet. Cover a medium size tray with tinfoil and spread mixture over foil Smooth it out and refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes.
Take out and after 5 minutes, cut into piece and place on serving tray. They can stay in refrigerator or can be frozen.
