     Parline ice cream sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 up light corn syrup
3T. All purpose flour
1 (5.33 oz) can evaporated milk
 

Instructions
Spread pecans on a baking sheet. Bake 300 for 15 minutes. Set aside. Melt butter in a med. sauce pan. Add sugar, corn syrup, and flour . Stirring well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly 5 min. Remove from heat and let cool to luke warm. Grad. add milk and pecans. Serve warm over ice cream. Can add 5 skor or Heath bars crushed. Can store in a jar in refrigerator.
