Italian Rice Pudding

Ingredients

	1/3 cup Arborio rice
	2 cup milk
	3 1/2 tbl sugar
	1 tsp butter
	grated lemon rind
	cinnamon


Instructions


Mix all and place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish.


Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 250.
