     Slow Cooker Seafood Cioppino

1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 medium onions, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 bottle clam juice (8 oz)
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 cup white wine or vegetable broth
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 to 2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp sugar
1 lb haddock fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 lb uncooked shrimp (41-50) peeled and devained
1 can chopped clams (6 oz), undrained
1 can lump crabmeat (6 oz), drained

Combine first 12 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours.
Stir in seafood. Cook, covered 20-30 minutes longer or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork and shrimp turn pink.
Remove bay leaf. Stir in parsley.
