Add soup and broth to crock pot. Stir until smooth. Add seasonings,
mushrooms, & onion. Add chicken.
Cover and cook on low 6 hrs. Cook pasta. Shred chicken with fork. Add
sour cream and half cheese. Add cooked pasta. Sprinkle with remaining
cheese and cook 20 minutes.
