Cook pasta and chicken and cool
Can use rotisserie chicken

Measure ingredients to your liking or for the
size of the group. We like more chicken and
less tomato. Combine all ingredients except the
may and mustard
|
|
|
make a generous amount of sauce with may and a
little mustard and S&P to taste. Fold into salad
to your liking. As it sits in the fridge pasta
will absorb sauce. May have to reapply before
serving.

|
Garnish with sliced hard boiled egg on top and
pepper.
