PUT 2 1/2 C FLOUR IN BOWL ADD YEAST MIX SET ASIDE PUT WATER CRICO MIX SUGAR AND SALT IN PAN HEAT TO 120-130 DEGRESS STIR CONSTANTLY.
ADD WATER MIX TO FLOUR BEAT 30 SEC SCRAPING BOWL.BEAT HIGH 3 MIN. ADD FLOUR TO MAKE SOFT DOUGH SCRAPE BOWL.
COVER WITH WAX PAPER THEN FOIL PUT IN FRIGE UP TO 3 DAYS.PUNCH DOWNEVER 30MN FIRST COUPLE HOURS,
SHAPE ROLLS COVER RISE 1-2 HOURS. OVEN 400 10- 20 MIN. BRUSH WITH BUTTER
