COVER TIGHTLY PLASTIC WRAP. ROOM TEMP 8-24 HOURS.AFTER DOUGH HAS RISEN AND LITTL AIR BUBBLES FORM. PUT DUTCH OVEN IN PRE HEATED OVEN 450 DEGREES. WITH COVER
WHILE HEATBALLING PAN TURN DOUGH WELL FLOURED BOARD FORM INTO BALL DIVIDE IN 6 GENTLY FORM ROUND 6 ROUND BALLS. COVER LOOSLEYNRISE 30 MIN.
TAKE PAN FROM OVEN WITHFLOURED HANDS OUT BALLS IN PAN. REPLACE LID BAKE COVERED 30 MIN REMOVE LID BAKE 10-15 MI COOL SLIGHTLY PUT ON RACK
