4 eggs
scant 1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
1/4 c flour
1/ 2 c flour
parsley
 

Instructions
BEAT EGGS WELLL MIX 1/4 C FLOUR WITH SALT AND BAKING POWDER STIR WELL ADD TO EGGS BEAT WELL.
ADD 1/2 C FLOUR BEAT TILL SMOOTH. ADD PARSLEY
FRY BY DROPPING T OF MIX INTO HOT OIL. PUT TIP OF SPOON INTO OIL LET DROP OFF SPOON. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL
DO THIS 3-4 TIMES.
