Simple syrup. Place sugar, water and cinnamon
stick in a small pot. bring to a boil and then
turn off the heat and allow the mixture to sit and
cool to room temp. Pour into a mason jar and store
in the refrigerator until ready to use.

In serving glasses, or mason jars muddle as much
or as little mint as you desire. fill glasses with
ice.Put a few diced apples in each glass, add your
cider mixture and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon
