     Feta Olive Dip

Ingredients
1 small container of feta crumbled
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp parsley chopped
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped fine
1/2 tsp rosemary chopped
1/2 tsp thyme chopped
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup chopped black olives
about 1 cup of olive oil
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients Cover with enough Olive oil to cover mixture Let stand overnight
Serve with crackers, taco chips or a nice bagette
