1 bunch scallions, about 6, thinly sliced

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

1/3 cup dark brown sugar

kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions |

|
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add
scallions and ginger and cook until scallions begin
to soften, 1-2 minutes.

Add sugar, ketchup, lime juice, soy sauce, and 1/4
tsp each salt and pepper.

|
Cook, stirring often, until slightly thickened, 4-6
minutes.
