UNTIL OIL IS EMULSIFIED WITH HERBS. SLOWLY BLEND
IN LEMON JUICE. ADD SALT AND PEPPER
ORZO SALAD- BRING VEG STOCK TO A BOIL THEN ADD
1ST LISTED SALT. SLOWLY STIR IN DRY ORZO AND
CONTINUE TO STIR EVERY 2-3 MIN UNTIL ORZO IS AL
DENTE. DRAIN. THEN SHOCK IN ICE WATER. DRAIN
WELL. COMBINE ALMONDS, CRANBERRIES, SLICED RED
ONION WITH ORZO. ADD LEMON HERB OIL TO ORZO
MIXTURE THEN ADD ARUGULA AND CRUMBLED FETA
CHEESE
