whisk 3 eggs until thick, add 1/2 cup sugarwhisk,
add vanilla, anise, oil, whisk, add flour, baking
powder and pinch of salt.
drop by tablespoon onto hot pizzella iron
if you want chocalote omit anise use just 1 cup of
flour and add 1/4 cup coco powder
