     Chocolate Chip Cookies 5 inch

Ingredients
2 cups cake flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1cup - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
 
3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Coarse sea salt, to sprinkle on top before baking

Instructions
Pre Heat oven to 375 degrees. Sift ,together first five ingredients in a separate bowl. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars, 2 eggs and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients about a cup at a time until thoroughly mixed. Finally mix in chips. Spoon out large spoonfuls leaving generous space in between, about 6 cookies per baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle coarse salt on dough.
Place baking sheets on middle or top level and bake from 12 to 15 minutes. Leave cookies on sheet 3-5 minutes before removing. Let cookies completely cool before staking.
