Mix all ingredients together in small saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring to make sure its all
combined, lower heat and simmer, stirring
occasionally to make sure it doesn't burn.
Simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes until it
reduces and thickens. Ready to use
