Heat oven to 450F
Wash raisins then heat in water in microwave to plump. Drain.
Put 3 raisins in each tart shell.
Melt sugar, syrup, vinegar, butter and vanilla together.
Beat 3 eggs slightly.
Pour syrup into eggs. Be sure it’s not too hot.
Mix and add to tart shells. Bake 450F 15 min or till sharp knife
comes out clean.
