     Easy Pan Seared Pork Chops

4 pork chops
Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Pat chops dry. Sprinkle generously with with spices.
Heat skillet to medium high. Add olive oil. When shimmering hot, add chops. Sear on one side until golden brown. About 3-5 minutes. Then flip sides and do the same.
Use a meat thermometer. Done when 135 degrees. Remove from skillet and let them rest on a plate for 10 minutes while they continue cooking. Eventually will reach 145 degrees.
