     Pasta Fagoili

Servings   makes one large pot

Ingredients
four tablespoons of olive oil
two cups of onion minced
four tablespoons of garlic minced (about 6 cloves)
two cups of carrot minced
60 oz of cooked cannellini beans (rinse and drain 4 cans)
40 oz of victoria's pasta sauce
two and a half large bay leaves
one teaspoon of black pepper
one and a half teaspoons of montreal seasoning
 
one teaspoon of salt
four tablespoons of basil
six tablespoons of parsley
eight cups of veggie stock
four cups of water
16 oz of ditalini pasta
parm cheese as needed

Instructions
in large pot, sautee onion, garlic, and carrots in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 min until translucent
add tomato sauce, spices, stock and water to pot. bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
add raw pasta and beans. bring to a boil. cover uncooked til pasta is al dente, about 10-15 minutes depending on pasta directions
serve and enjoy
