Preheat oven to 375. Mix spices in small bowl and set aside.
Boil potatoes 10 mins or till tender, drain. Slightly mash
chickpeas.
Water sauté onion, sweet potato and jalapeño over med heat
for 7-9 minutes. Add garlic and ginger for 30 seconds more.
Add spice mix and sauté 1 minute more. Add potatoes, chick
peas and peas. Gently stir 3-4 mins till heated and well mix.
Mash gently so lumps still remain.
Roll filling in tortillas. Makes 24 small or 12 large. Bake at 375
on parchment lined baking sheets for 15 minutes. Then broil
till lightly browned, watch carefully. Serve immediately with
Samosa sweet and sour sauce.
