Put the yeast, salt, and 2 cups of flour in a mixing bowl.
In another bowl, add shortening, butter and 1 cup boiling water. Cool
to 120-130 degrees. After cool, add in egg. Put liquid in bowl, mix 1-2
minutes and stir it down. Add 1 1/2 cups flour mix 3-5 mins. Cover
with towel and rise at least 1 hour.
Roll out dough and pour on butter. And sprinkle with FILLING, roll up
and cut into mini's.
Bake at 350 until brown.
