1/2 tsp xanthan gum (leave out if your flour already has)
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
6 Tbsp butter
1 large egg (or egg replacer)
1 cup buttermilk (add 1 tbsp lemon or vinegar to almond or rice milk)
Instructions
Whisk together dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Then
add prepared buttermilk and egg replacer. Mix just
until blended. Cut biscuits out on lightly floured
surface and bake for about 10 min at 450.
