1/3 cup quick oats or old fashioned, pulsed a few time
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional
Instructions
Combine mashed banana with oats and egg whites.
Let mixture sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
Heat skillet and spray with cooking spray. Spoon
or pour patter onto skill. Allow pancakes to
cook about 5 to 8 minutes on the first side.
Flip and cook 3 to 5 minutes more.
Remove to plate and serve with syrup or fruit.
