1 CAN ROASTED YELLOW PEPPER
1 TBS GARLIC
 
1 BUNCH PARSLEY
2 CAN V-8 JUICE
2 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
TABASCO
SALT
PEPPER
OLIVE OIL

Instructions
SMALL DICE ALL FRESH INGREDIENTS POUR OVER RED WINE VINEGAR ADD SALT AND PEPPER ALLOW TO SIT OVER NIGHT CHILL THE V-8 JUICE AND TABASCO AND FINISH WITH OLIVE OIL
