     Basic BBQ Sauce / Marinade

Preptime   5 minutes
Ingredients
2 dl vegetable oil of choice
1 dl ketchup
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or similar)
4 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
some chili powder
Optional- 1-2 pinches mustard seed
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Keep mixing until the sauce has a uniform consistency. Keep refrigerated when not used.
