     Cherry Tomato and Argula Salad

Ingredients
24 ripe cherry tomatoes, stemmed
fine sea salt
8 cups(loosely packed) argula leaves, rinsed and patted dry
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
 

Instructions
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, sprinkle their cut sides lightly with salt, and let them sit for 10 minutes
Arrange the argula on 4 serving paltes, dividing evenly. Working over the sink, shake off any excess liquid from the tomatoes, then arrange 12 halves, cut side up, on each serving of argula. Drizzle first with the oil, then with the lemon juice. Season the argula with salt and serve immediately.
