     sausage kale egg casserole

1 onion
10 mushrooms
1 bunch kale
1 diced tomato
1 cup feta
1 roll sausage
salt & pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese
10 eggs
2 cups milk
1 bunch chopped parsley

saute garlic, onion, mushrooms and kale with salt & pepper. spray 9x13 pan with oil. layer onion mix. add diced tomato on top. put feta on top. brown sausage and place on top. spread shredded cheddar cheese on top. mix eggs milk salt pepper and parsely together and spread evenly over all other ingredients.
bake at 350 for about an hour??? not sure on times... i bumped it up to make it go faster and covered for a bit too...
