Oven to 375. Line pan with parchment paper. In bowl mix flour and yogurt. Roll dough to 12 by 10. In small bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on dough.
Roll dough and cut into 2 equal pieces, then cut each piece into 6, giving you 12 rolls. Bake for 18 minutes.
In small mix powdered sugar and milk. Brush over rolls.
