Pancetta, Swiss Chard, and Feta Filling for Raviol

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped pancetta or bacon
1 1/2 cups chopped swiss chard, stems discarded
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsps Feta Cheese
1 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.
Instructions
1. In a large heavy skillet, cook pancetta over moderate heat until crisp. With a slotted spatula transfer to a cutting board and chop finely.
2. Remove all but 1 tbsp. of fat and heat over moderately high heat until hot not smoking.
3. Sauté Swiss chard and garlic, stirring until chard is tender, about 2 minutes. Add in the cheese and gently stir until the chees is melted and everything is mixed well. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Transfer to a bowl to cool before filling pasta.
