     Cheddar Fondue

Servings   2 1/2 cups

Ingredients
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. mustard
1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
 

Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan; whisk in flour, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Gradually add milk; boil for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Reduce heat; add cheese, stirring until melted.
Transfer to fondue pot or slow cooker to keep warm.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with bread cubes or pretzel sticks.
