     Colorful Corn Salad

Ingredients
4 large ears corn, husks and silk removed, or 4 cups frozen corn kernels
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbspn red wine vinegar
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion, quartered and thinly sliced
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/4 cup chopped, fresh basil
2 tbsp, each chopped fresh mint and dill
 
1 ripe avocado, diced
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions
Preheat grill or grilled medium high. Pace corn on grates , turning frequently charred in spots about ..Removed cooled corn ..
In large salad bowl... olive oil and vinegar. Add tomatoes , red onion, radishes, basil, mint Toss well and season with sat and pepper. Server..
Too make ahead ingredients except.. refrigerate for upto ..Avocado and toss Refrigerate any left overs
