Preheat oven to 450 degrees with center oven racks.
Pat pork dry and lightly drizzle each piece with
oil. Roast on one side of the rimmed baking sheet
for 6 to 7 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, 1/4c oil, vinegar
and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. I added
about 1 tsp of kosher salt.
Toss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper. Flip pork
and brush with the BBQ glaze over the top. Add
broccoli to the other side of the baking sheet.
Cook both for another 6 to 7 minutes.
Melt 1Tb butter and 1Tb oil in medium skillet
over medium high heat. Add corn and stir until
cooked.
Thinly slice pork and brush with remaining glaze.
Serve with corn, broccoli and bread.
