     Beef Burritos

Ingredients
Burrito sesoning- 1 tsp each onion powder oregano and salt. 2 tsp esch cummin and paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper and cayenne OR use store bought taco seasoning.
Beef- 1/2 T EVO
2 minced cloves garlic
1/2 onion fine dice
1 lb ground beef
2 T tomato paste
3 T water
Burritos- 6-8 lg tortillas
 
3 c cooked rice (I used less)
1 c corn kernnels
1 c black beans
Toppings-3 tomatoes seeded and diced
1/2 red onion diced
Finely chopped cilantro
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
salsa and sour cream
lettuce

Instructions
Fry hamburger crumbling. Remove from pan and drain well on paper towels if it is greasy. Add onion and garlic to the pan saute till soft. Add hamburger back in to pan. Add taco seasoning and saute for a min. Add in tomato paste and water.
I added 1 c cooked rice 1 c black beans and 1 c corn to the pan and stir around till hot.
Place meat mixture on a tortilla shell and add on toppings of choice.
I left ingredients separate and made a taco salad out of this and it was good. Would try to make a Mexican style bowl next time just for fun. !0 servings- 308 grams of filling is 511 cal
