Cut chicken into bite size pieces that will stay on a kabob. Marinate
the chicken in Italian dressing before preparing kabobs.
Alternate chicken and veggies on the kabobs. Sprinkle just a little red
pepper flakes for a little kick. Bake at 375 deg. for 10 minutes, then
turn over for 10 more minutes. Or even better, put on the grill.
Makes 4 small kabobs.
