Boil sugar, corn syrup, and salt slow for 10
minutes in a heavy pan covered with a lid.
After syrup has boiled for 10 minutes add
heated cream 2 Tbsp. at a time to syrup
mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook to medium hard ball or 230 degrees.
Pour in buttered pan. Cool over night and then
cut into pieces, clipping with kitchen shears.
Wrap individually.
