|
Bring vinegar, water, sugar, and spices to a boil,
stirring occasionally.

|
Cut celery as desired and pack veg tightly in mason jar.
|
|
|
Pour boiling liquid into jar, enough to submerge.
Let sit on counter 2 hours, then tightly screw on
lid and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Use within a week or
two.

|
|
TIP- If needed, put a wet paper towel or
parchment paper in the top to keep all
submerged while cooling. Remove before putting
on lid.
NOTE- Spice and veg can be varied to taste.
