     Kuchen Filling

Ingredients
2 c light cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 T flour
1/2 c sugar
 

Instructions
Heat cream. Beat eggs, sugar and flour. Mix into cream and cook until thick. Spread desired fruit on kuchen (sweet yeast dough in pie pan) then spread filling over fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or so.
