1. Peel carrots and trim to hotdog size. Boil
until just tender. Drain well.
2. Place carrots in large ziploc bag and set in a
shallow dish. In a bowl mix the next 11
ingredients and 1/2 cup water. Pour over carrots,
seal and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Drain and
discard marinade.
3. Grill or heat and serve on hotdog buns with
desired toppings.
