     Corn, Tomato and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
2 ears corn (cooked and kernels cut off cob)
1 pint grape tomatoes (chopped)
2 avocados (peeled, pitted, diced)
1/2 cup red onion, small diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Toss all ingredients in large bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Good use of leftover corn on the cob. I use Trader Joe's garlic salt and lemon pepper.
