350..grease pan 8x8 use parchment.
Combine oats, sugar, b powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl combine eggs, milk (used reg. milk), applesauce,
and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and set for 20 minutes.
Fold in walnuts and cranberries.
Bake 30-35 min. Cool and cut into 16 pieces.
I used raspberry preserves and didnt have walnuts.
I used a sugar replacement.
Healthy snack
No oil or butter!
