     Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
2 c old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c cane sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c almond milk
1/4 c. applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
 
1/4 c walnuts
1/4 dried cranberries

Instructions
350..grease pan 8x8 use parchment. Combine oats, sugar, b powder, salt and cinnamon. In a separate bowl combine eggs, milk (used reg. milk), applesauce, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and set for 20 minutes. Fold in walnuts and cranberries.
Bake 30-35 min. Cool and cut into 16 pieces. I used raspberry preserves and didnt have walnuts. I used a sugar replacement. Healthy snack No oil or butter!
