     Banana Cake

Servings   9x13 or 2 round pans
Ingredients
2 1/4 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter, softened
3 eggs
6 T. Sour milk (mix 1T. vinegar with milk)
2 1/4 c. Flour
3/4 t. Salt
1 1/2 t. Baking powder
1 1/2 t. Baking soda
1 1/2 t. Vanilla
 
1 1/2 c. Mashed bananas
Instructions
Mix sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat. Soft flour, then add salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add to mix alternately with sour milk.
Add bananas and vanilla. grease/spray came pan. Bake 40-50 minutes @ 350 for 9x13 pan (25-30 minutes for 2 round pans).
