     Stuffed Cabbages

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1-2 lb ground pork
2T. flour
2t. Salt
1-2 t. pepper
1-2 t. Allspice
1 c. milk, divided
2 eggs
1-3 c. Chopped onion
 
12 large cabbage leaves
4 beef bouillon cubes
1c. Water
1 can tomato soup

Instructions
Mix beef and pork together. Add flour, salt, pepper, allspice and 1-2 c. milk to the meat. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed about 5 minutes or until fluffy. Add eggs, remaining milk and chopped onion. Continue mixing 5 minutes longer until very light and fluffy.
Steam 12 large cabbage leaves 3 minutes or just until lump; drain. Spoon meat mixture into leaf cups; roll each, turning ends of leaf under. Place rolls in heavy kettle.
Boil water. Dissolved beef bouillon cubes in water; pour over rolls. Place additional cabbage leaves on top. Pour one can tomato soup over all. Cover and simmer 2 hours.
