preheat oven to 325 degrees. Wash rice, drain and
place into a buttered casserole dish. Combine soup
and wine; mix with rice. Brown chops on both sides
in drippings. Season chops with salt and pepper to
taste. Place chops on top of rice mixture.
Bake for one hour. Arrange a slice of apple and
tomato on each chop. Bake uncovered, 30 minutes
longer. Top each serving with olive slices.
