In a mixing bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt,
oil, adding water to begin kneading.
Knead until dough is smooth and soft adding
water as needed. Cover and keep dough aside for
30 minutes
Heat griddle to medium/high heat.
Pinch a medium sized ball of dough, roll into
ball, flatten with rolling pin (approx 4 inches in
diameter)
Place partha on griddle flipping and adding oil as
needed. (2 min per flip)
